PVC impregnated fiberglass mat is using as stabilizing layer of PVC floor. This material use Fiberglass floor mat as the base material, be evenly impregnated with melted PVC, then going through the curing process. Since this material be impregnated with PVC, which can make the fiberglass floor mat be fully laminated with PVC layer during the PVC floor producing, and make the PVC floor be flat and be very well stabilized.
The fiberglass mat can be 30g/m2, 40g/m2 and 50g/m2 or according to the customer’s demand. And the minimum final weight of the PVC impregnated fiberglass mat can be around 120g/m2, the popular weight is 150g/m2 and 250g/m2, the final weight can be done according to the customer’s requirement.
